Ms. Dhinakaran has helped to litigate – directly or through litigation support-  several cases before the internal appeals bodies of EPO, WIPO, WHO, IFRC, UPU and ADB, ILO Administrative Tribunal, the UN Dispute tribunal, UN Appeals Tribunal and the ECHR.

These include cases on:

• wrongful termination;
• redundancy;
• reclassification of posts (procedures and requests);
• performance evaluation (procedures, reports and results);
• constitution of medical boards;
• calculation and provision of dependency allowance;
• non-renewal of fixed-term contracts;
• disciplinary proceedings;
• health and safety regulations;
• pension related matters;
• determination of status of staff members.

Ms. Dhinakaran also appears on behalf of staff representatives in cases contesting decisions which concern the common rights and interests of the organisation's staff members.
